I found different classes or courses that I think would be interesting for adults. In the following paragraph I will  write my view about why I thinks adults would be interested in learning these topics .

Creating open educational resources (OER_1)

I think that this course may interest the adults because it will helps the teachers to produce different educational resources to make the learning effective. Moreover, this course may helps the teachers to motivate the students by using different attractive materials for their teaching. Finally, for the parents it will them to make school activities and resources for their children.

Living with the internet: keeping it safe (T180_8)

For this course, I think that the adult will learn many think about the internet. They can learn more about the computer crashes because of  viruses. It gives internet users the opportunity to solve their personal computer problems. Finally, It also users to learn more about the operating system (OS).          

Living with the Internet: online shopping (T180_3)

Shopping online is a new way to buy things using the electronic card and internet connection to buy different goods all over the world. I believe that this will helps the users to save their time and to buy goods all over the world.

Adults As Learners:

These are some points that I learnt:

• Adults are self-directed so they need to be free to direct themselves.

• Adults have build up their life experiences and knowledge that may include work-related activities.

• Adults usually know what goal they want to attain. This classification of goals and course objectives must be done early in the course.

• Adults must see a reason for learning something. So learning has to be applicable to their work or other responsibilities to be of value to them. 

• Adults like focusing on the aspects of a lesson most useful to them in their work. 

•  Adults need to be shown respect.

Also, I learnt the mean four critical elements of learning that must be addressed to ensure that participants learn. These elements are

1. motivation
2. reinforcement
3. retention
4. transference
